First, I want to extend a warm apology for just now writing this review — it’s been five months since I’ve been in my home, and I’m loving every second, minute, hour, day, week, and month! We all know life happens, but I cannot go another day without letting the world know about my realtor — Sonali Hutson, this amazing woman of God, truly changed my direction on the path to homeownership. When I first reached out to Sonali, I was weary and discouraged. I had already gone through two brokers who told me I was “Im on my own way,” and each time, just when things seemed to move forward, they would disappear or stop answering. But not Sonali. She stood by me every step of the way — every day, every hour — with patience, guidance, and faith. Even while dealing with a personal loss in her own family (tears flowing as I write this), she still made time to check in on me, encourage me, and remind me to keep my faith strong. That level of professionalism, compassion, and consistency is rare. This isn’t just her job — it’s her calling. Wow just wow, my ownership journey doesn’t workout the way it did (very favorably) without SONALI!!! She is an absolute godsend. I was at my wits end trying get traction with a lender most were unresponsive but Sonali put me in contact with one of her contacts and from there things took off. My first time out viewing properties I found a property I liked but it had an offer I was ready to move on not wanting to drive the price up but Sonali worked her magic got my offer accepted and then somehow negotiated with the seller to help with costs on the back end. She’s professional, courteous, great with follow up all the things!!! I cannot recommend her enough she is awesome.

Sonali is such a sweet individual. She’s lively, personable, and always eager to get the job done. What sticks out most about her is her drive and passion to educate her clients.
